Mid-Rivers Machinery 3 year limited warranty details

What is covered:

• 3 years from delivery of all pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic parts covered at 100% replacement
• 1 year on all electrical parts covered at 100% replacement
• Phone or email technical support for the life of the machine
• In the event of a major repair requiring more than bolt on replacement parts we will cover half of the shipping costs to ship the machine to our production factory and back. Shipping costs will be determined by our shipping broker. Suitable pallet and screening must be used to ship machine back. Labor in our production factory will be covered under the warranty.
• shipping of replacement parts will be covered at 100% during the warranty

What is not covered:

• Tooling damage is not covered under our warranty program
• Damage to the machine due to dropping or any impact is not covered under our warranty program
• On Client’s site labor for repairs or adjustments by our technicians is not covered under our warranty program
• Travel to Client’s site is not covered under our warranty program

If on site service is needed, per diem , mileage and hourly rate will apply.
